Orders and Payment
Once you complete your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about the products, prices, billing, and delivery addresses. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at [email protected].

Payment options include card payment (via Stripe), PayPal, and Swish.

Delivery
We dispatch packages on Tuesdays and Fridays (DHL’s pick-up days). Normal delivery times for DHL are 2-7 days. Some remote areas and Gotland may have longer delivery times. You can track your shipment using DHL’s ActiveTracing service. For easier tracking, you can also use the app Mina Paket, which is free and available on the App Store and Google Play.

If delays in delivery occur without prior notice from us, please contact us at [email protected].

For uncollected packages, a fee of SEK 250 will be charged to cover return shipping and handling. If payment was made via card or Swish, the amount paid will be refunded minus this fee. If payment was made via invoice, a new invoice will be issued for the return handling or the paid amount will be refunded minus SEK 250. If the item needs to be re-shipped after being uncollected, a new shipping fee will apply.

Prices
All prices in the store are originally listed in SEK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes from suppliers, typographical errors in price lists, or incorrect pricing information.

Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods via the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the goods you ordered.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal:

    You need to notify us that you wish to withdraw. This can be done by emailing us at [email protected]. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the items you wish to return. Products must be returned to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and products should be well-packaged in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to any reduction in the product's value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its function or characteristics.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    Products sealed (plombed) for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken by you. Goods that deteriorate quickly, such as certain food items.

Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before shipping. Should a product be damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake to rectify the issue free of charge in accordance with consumer protection laws. If the shipment is damaged during transport, the damage must be reported to the relevant carrier.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product. Complaints should be made immediately after discovering the defect.

  • How to make a complaint:
    Any defects or faults should always be reported to [email protected], providing your name, address, email address, order number, a description of the defect, and a photo of the product. The photo should also include the product’s batch code (an identification code that, in addition to the best-before date, may consist of letters, numbers, and times, etc.).

  • The product must always be returned to us; if the product has been discarded, we cannot replace it.
    We cover the cost of return shipping for approved complaints. We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the product is not found to be defective in accordance with consumer protection laws. Limitation of Liability
We accept no liability for indirect damages that may result from the product. We are not responsible for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, governmental decisions, reduced or absent deliveries from suppliers. Furthermore, we take no responsibility for changes in products or product features made by respective suppliers or factors outside our control.

Product Information
We reserve the right for typographical errors on this website and the sale of products being out of stock. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the product’s exact appearance, as some color differences may occur due to screen settings, photography quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The updated terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.

Dispute and Choice of Law
If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with our customer service, you as a customer can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se. For residents of another EU country, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission’s dispute mediation platform, see link here.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the decision of ARN or equivalent dispute resolution body.

Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
